Changing myself helps me become the complete version of myself

In order for ourselves to become more improvement, we need to persevere and develop ourselves every day. These are the things I do to make myself better

1) Love myself

I have always believed that myself is not good enough so good things will not happen to me. But when I realize that none of us is perfect, everyone will make mistakes, big or small, more or less. I stopped judging and stopped trying to please everyone. After stopping these things, I felt myself getting relieved and better. Loving yourself is like a cure that will make you heal what you have been through.

2) Appreciate family

Family is a warm and wonderful place where when the children go away can return when the world outside is too chaotic and chaotic. Family is where your life begins and love never ends. When I left my family to study abroad, at first I felt that I would be fine and strong enough to live away from home. But I made a mistake after that I started to feel homesick, I started to miss my mom’s cooking, miss the times I played with my brother. The family will always be with you no matter the circumstances. When the COVID 19 coming after returning home from Australia I helped my mother more and also learned how to manage my schedule, so I also have more experiences in my journey. Family is all the people who will never leave you behind

3) Exercise

Exercise is one way that has helped improve me. Exercise helps improve my health and energizes myself. I usually spend at least 30 minutes a day practising yoga by practising with videos on youtube (Boho Beautiful yoga). I have been practising following the videos on this youtube channel since April last year, the exercises in the youtube channel are very diverse and rich, it will not make you bored. Practising yoga will help you learn more about yourself, relax your mind, and help purify yourself. Recently I found another youtube channel about Pilates, which I found quite attractive, which is Move with Nicole. The first time I tried it out, I found the exercise quite exhausting after the video ended. But after time I get used to it but the exercises are still quite challenging for me. Exercises on this Youtube channel are very useful and effective for the body.

4) Practice makeup

In the past, I thought that it was enough to wear makeup without makeup. But later I thought that applying makeup is also a habit that can help myself become better. Makeup doesn’t have to be complicated, with just a few simple steps to brighten up your face. Makeup doesn’t have to be about attracting people, it’s a way of loving and dedicating the best to yourself.

5) Reading

The little book of HyggeReading is a wonderful habit that can help me learn more lives, expand my knowledge and understanding of different cultures and lifestyles in the world. While studying through Zoom, besides spending time studying I also arrange a time to read. I am immersed in the words written in it, it makes me think more about problems in life. Lately, I am addicted to books about life because it helps me learn more about the ways of life in different countries such as The little book of Hygge: Danish secret to happy living. This book told me what happiness is and the secrets in a happy country in the world. When you read this book you can also find those happy feelings for yourself
